Week 4 on WW was yesterday and I lost 2.6 lbs this week. That makes a total of 16.8 lbs in 4 weeks. That's pretty good I guess but I was really hoping to lose more. I have so much to lose and I want it to go faster. I know I know, I didn't gain it overnight and I have no one to blame but myself. My daughter is doing WW with me which helps so much. We are going to start incorporating exercise this week. I know that will speed up the weight loss and help us tone and lose inches. I am so ready for cooler temperatures. We would really like to start walking but it's just too hot and too many 🐜🐛 bugs. Seriously though, when it cools down, we are going to walk at a little park near us. My first goal is 20 lbs and I'm getting close.
Not really anything new. Still working from home and we're not sure how much longer it will remain this way. I actually like it because I have a 40 minute drive each way. I do miss seeing my coworkers. Oh Jeri told me she might be losing her job in October/November. I really hate to see her go. She has become one of my best friends and it will make me so sad. We are already planning a girls trip to the beach next Spring/Summer. Better keep doing well on my diet so I will have somewhat of a beach body by then. 🌊🌞 In case you can't tell, the first emoji is a wave. The beach will something like this 👇. Oh wait, you can't see the beach, only the drinks. Oh well. 😀
