Happy Labor Day!!!

 Happy Labor Day everyone!  It's the last holiday weekend of summer which is bitter sweet. It's finally starting to cool down but unfortunately it's already getting dark earlier. That's one thing I hate about the winter, it gets dark so early and it's depressing. 

Had dinner at mom and dad's - cooked out on the grill, had hamburgers and hot dogs 🍔🌭.  It was good but it totally wrecked my WW plan. I am out of points for the day, I've used half of my extras for the week and it's only Monday. If i get hungry this evening I will have zero point foods. I know everyone has days they do bad but I will pick myself up, brush myself off and continue on. Tomorrow is a new day. 

As we were getting ready to come home, the tornado sirens went off. It's been a bad year for storms. My dog is scared to death of the thunder and hides under the kitchen table. Dumb dog 🐕🤣. Hopefully we won't have more storms before I get him in bed for the evening. 

I did weigh in this morning. I was down 4.4 lbs. for a total of 27.8 lbs. in 7 weeks. I hope I can keep going because I would really like to lose at least 40 more by the holidays. More so Christmas🎄 because Mom and Dad like to take pictures....even though my daughter and I hate it. I have to keep reminding myself every day that I'm doing it, it takes time and to keep going.
